Job Description
Preparation of export documentation (including Heath Certificate/ Certificate of Origin as per importing Country’s requirement) and data entry
Organising and co-ordination of export shipments
Facilitating airport and sea port deliveries
Assisting with ad hoc administration and data entry for daily operations
Interacting with customers / shipping lines / airlines / co-loaders / overseas agents and transport companies
Liaising with Customs and Quarantine authorities to ensure compliance
Liaise with suppliers – via telephone and email for timely deliveries
Develop new or improved procedures, as required in conjunction with other operational staff
Other ad hoc projects as directed to assist sales and marketing team
Work Experience:
The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate the following skills and experience:
No export experience required. We are happy to train on the job, but export experience will be high favourable
We are looking for someone who takes pride and accountability for job processing & accuracy
Ability to work effectively with the internal operations & sales team
Someone keen to work in a small but high-paced company
Able to meet deadlines and has a high level of accuracy
Superior customer service skills and ability to build rapport with suppliers
Multi-tasking and time management are crucial
Ideal, but not required, fluency in Mandarin, Japanese and/or Korean.
Car and driver license are required
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint and Excel)
We are flexible with work hours. But ideally Monday to Friday 10am to 2.30pm
Education
University degree preferable
