Full job description
The Operations Administrator ensure smooth and efficient business operations while supporting both facilities management and operational processes. This role collaborates with cross-functional teams to optimize workflows, manage data, and maintain high standards of service and compliance. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, technically capable, and committed to providing excellent support to both internal and external stakeholders
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot operational and integration-related issues; provide onsite support for students, instructors, and staff.
Assist in developing, implementing, and updating operational procedures and policies to maximize efficiency.
Extract, clean, analyze, and present business and operational data to identify improvement opportunities and support decision-making.
Explore data analysis methodologies and best practices relevant to educational and operational management systems.
Maintain data integrity across Learning Management Systems (LMS) and interconnected systems through regular validation and reconciliation.
Facilitate smooth transitions between systems, ensuring minimal disruption and accurate information flow.
Support client and student relationships by providing tailored solutions, troubleshooting assistance, and proactive communication.
Respond to student inquiries, requests, and technical issues, coordinating with external partners when necessary.
Maintain accurate records, documentation, and performance metrics; prepare regular reports for management.
Identify operational risks and propose mitigation strategies to ensure business continuity and compliance.
Manage general office functions, including ordering supplies, handling correspondence, and maintaining a safe, organized workspace.
Assist with special projects and other duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Operations Management, Information Technology, or a related field.
Proven experience in operations, facilities management, business analysis, or a related role.
Strong technical aptitude and ability to optimize processes using data-driven insights.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills; able to engage with diverse stakeholders effectively.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
Ability to collaborate in a team-oriented environment and adapt to evolving priorities.
Commitment to providing exceptional support and service to internal and external stakeholders.
Experience with data analysis, project management, customer relationship management (CRM), and Learning Management Systems is an asset.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $19.00-$22.00 per hour
