Job Description
Bank of Hawaii is seeking a skilled Operational Systems Lead to join our team in this exciting role. As an Operational Systems Lead, you will be responsible for leading and coordinating projects to create efficiencies through automation or redesign of current processes. You will develop and recommend procedures for the various business units affected by any system changes, assist in the implementation of new products and processes, and oversee system projects from initial definition through end-user post-implementation support.
To succeed in this role, you will need strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, effective writing and verbal communications skills, project management experience, and the ability to lead projects. You must also be able to identify priorities, meet all deadlines, and work simultaneously on several tasks and/or projects. Additionally, you should have a thorough understanding of application integration, SQL programming, and database applications, as well as proficiency in SQL, Access, Visual Basic, Excel, and SharePoint.

Salary: $120,000 - $150,000 per year (dependent on experience).
