Job Description:

As the person in this role, you will work closely with the Director to drive operational excellence, streamline processes, and optimize workflow across departments. Your strong project management skills, organizational abilities, and proactive approach to problem-solving will be key in this dynamic environment. You will play a crucial role in creating efficient and scalable operations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Executive Support:
- Prepare reports, presentations, and agendas for meetings aligned with business objectives.
- Assist with research, data analysis, and other tasks as needed.
- Contribute to strategic planning and decision-making by identifying growth opportunities in line with the company's vision and mission.

- Operational Excellence:
- Collaborate with various departments to identify inefficiencies and recommend process improvements for enhanced productivity.
- Assist in implementing new tools, systems, and processes to streamline operations and improve internal workflows.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure initiatives meet company goals.

- Project Management:
- Manage cross-functional projects, ensuring deadlines, resources, and objectives are met.
- Track project milestones, identify potential roadblocks, and suggest solutions to keep initiatives on schedule.

- Data & Analytics:
- Compile and analyze data to support decision-making, including financial reports, operational metrics, and project performance updates.
- Provide timely insights on key business drivers to executives for data-driven decisions.
- Incorporate external and market perspectives and insights into business decision-making.

- Process Improvement:
- Continuously assess operational processes, identify areas for improvement, and implement best practices with teams.
- Stay updated on technology and tools to enhance productivity and engage with vendors for optimal technology solutions.
- Collaborate with leadership to develop standard operating procedures (SOPs) for improved efficiency and scalability.

- Communication & Coordination:
- Act as a liaison between the executive team and internal/external stakeholders for clear communication and alignment.
- Organize and coordinate strategic meetings, ensuring agendas align with organizational priorities.

Qualifications:

Education:
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in business management or related field with 10+ years of experience.

Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and experience in project management and collaboration tools, including AI tools.
- Demonstrated experience in process improvement, technology integration, and financial planning with longer-term horizons.

Soft Skills:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong project management skills with a track record in managing cross-functional projects.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven leadership working with senior-level management.
- Business-minded with a focus on developing creative solutions.
