Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee daily operations in the cosmetic and skincare production unit.
Ensure smooth coordination between R&D, procurement, and production teams.
• Monitor manufacturing processes, ensuring adherence to GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) and quality standards.
Supply Chain & Inventory Management:
• Manage raw material procurement and maintain optimal inventory levels.
Coordinate with suppliers and vendors for timely delivery of ingredients, packaging materials, and finished products.
• Implement inventory tracking systems to reduce waste and optimize stock levels.
Quality Control & Compliance:
• Ensure quality checks at various production stages to maintain product efficacy and consistency.
• Comply with FDA, BIS, and other regulatory standards for cosmetic products.
• Work closely with the R&D and QA teams to ensure product safety and compliance.
Logistics & Distribution:
• Oversee order fulfillment, warehousing, and dispatch of finished products.
• Liaise with logistics partners for efficient distribution and timely deliveries.
Process Improvement & Reporting:
• Identify operational bottlenecks and implement solutions for efficiency improvement.
• Maintain and analyze reports on production, quality, and supply chain metrics.
• Assist in cost optimization initiatives without compromising on quality.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
• Bachelor’s degree in Operations Management, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Preference for candidates with additional certifications in Cosmetic Science, GMP, or Quality Control.
Technical & Industry Knowledge:
• 2-5 years of experience in operations, production, or supply chain management within the cosmetic, skin care, or personal care industry.
• Understanding of cosmetic formulation, packaging, and product lifecycle management.
• Familiarity with cosmetic manufacturing equipment, batch processing, and safety protocols.
Software & Analytical Skills:
• Proficiency in ERP systems, inventory management software, and Excel (advanced level preferred).
• Ability to analyze data and generate insights for operational efficiency.
Soft Skills & Competencies:
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
