Job Description

Location: Jaipur
Role: Operations - Executive/ Sr.Executive (Non-Voice Process) & Senior Executive/ Sr.Executive (Voice Process)
No. of vacancies: 5 each
Salary Bandwidth: For exec - 16,000 ctc – 21,000 ctc
ForSr. exec - 25,000 ctc – 28,000 ctc
Work Timings:There are three shifts of 8:30 hours : (rotational shifts)
a. Morning Shift starts around 6 am.
b. Afternoon Shift starts around 1 pm.
c. Night Shift starts around 10 pm.
(The candidate should be ready to work on rotational shifts, however which shift is assigned would be discussed and assigned after interview rounds as per fitment)
Job Responsibilities:
1. Support & provide customer service via chats/email.
2. Handling customer queries.
3. To respond professionally to all customer requests with the defined period of time chat or email.
4. Meeting the expectations of the customers and other duties as assigned.
5. Build relationships with the given client accounts to get repeat business.
6 Should be able to answer servicing questions.
7. Provide prompt solutions for the queries and should execute them.
8. Be polite and maintain the quality in every call they handle for the entire day.
Required Skills:
1. Excellent Communication Skills in English.
2. Good Interpersonal &; Convincing Skills.
3. Fast & accurate typing speed.
4. Logical thinking and problem solving ability.
5. Proficiency working in MS Excel.
6. Flexible to work in shifts.
