Job description
We are looking for a proactive and experienced Operating Officer to oversee day-to-day operations, streamline processes, manage teams, and support overall business growth. The ideal candidate must have strong operational expertise within the real estate sector and the ability to coordinate across sales, marketing, customer service, and project teams to ensure smooth functioning of the organization.
Key Responsibilities

Operations Management

Oversee daily operations across sales, pre-sales, documentation, CRM, and administrative departments.
Implement effective SOPs to ensure seamless workflows and efficient coordination.
Track operational KPIs and ensure timely execution of tasks across teams.

Sales & Business Support

Work closely with the sales leadership team to improve conversion efficiency.
Ensure smooth handling of client inquiries, site visits, lead closures, and post-sales processes.
Support channel partners and developer relationship teams with timely information and operational coordination.

Process Improvement

Identify gaps in operations and introduce solutions to improve productivity.
Develop and implement tools, templates, and automated systems to streamline processes.
Standardize documentation, reporting formats, and communication channels.Team Management

Supervise operational teams and ensure target-driven performance.
Conduct regular team meetings, training, and performance evaluations.
Build a culture of discipline, accountability, and high execution standards.

Client & Developer Coordination

Ensure premium customer experience from first interaction to key handover.
Collaborate with developers, brokers, and internal teams to ensure timely updates, project information, and alignment.
Resolve escalations and ensure smooth transaction flow.

Compliance & Reporting

Ensure adherence to RERA guidelines, documentation accuracy, and company compliance requirements.
Maintain regular MIS reports, performance dashboards, and operational summaries for management.
Support risk management initiatives and ensure audit readiness.

Candidate Requirements
Experience

5-7 years of experience in real estate operations(residential or commercial).
Strong background in sales operations, CRM, channel partner operations, or project coordination.Skills

Excellent organizational and operational management skills.
Strong communication, coordination, and stakeholder management abilities.
Proficiency in CRM tools, Excel, MIS reporting, and workflow automation.
Problem-solving mindset with the ability to handle multitasking under pressure.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required; MBA in Operations/Real Estate/Management is a plus.
Prior experience in Gurgaon/Delhi NCR real estate market preferred.
