What this job involves:
As an Operating Engineer, you will be responsible for operating, maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing facility equipment across multiple building systems, including Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, HVAC, Fire, and Life Safety. You are expected to bring deep technical expertise in at least one craft area — whether Electrical, HVAC, Piping/Plumbing, or Central Utility Plant Operations — while also being multi-skilled enough to take on a variety of daily and weekly work assignments. This is a hands-on, field-based role where your commitment to safety, precision, and continuous improvement directly impacts the experience of everyone in the facilities you support.
