We are looking for talented individuals to join our team in Goregaon, Mumbai for an Application/Tech Support role.

Experience: 3+ years

Skills: Excellent communication and client-handling expertise

Your Role:
• L1 Application Support
• Address and resolve user issues within defined TAT
• Follow up on pending tickets with other assignee groups

What You Need:
• Strong understanding of SDLC
• Proficiency in SQL or any Database technology
• Solid knowledge of Excel
