Key Responsibilities:
• Warmly greet customers and make their visit enjoyable,
• Serve delicious ice cream, milkshakes, and desserts promptly,
• Accurately ring up purchases to ensure a smooth checkout process,
• Restock ice cream and supplies to keep the service flowing,
• Maintain cleanliness of tables, floors, and other restaurant areas,
• Take initiative and demonstrate leadership with tasks,
• Collaborate with team members, including Shift Leaders and Managers, to ensure excellent service,
• Work efficiently during busy periods and thrive in a fast-paced environment,
• Punctually arrive for your scheduled shifts,
• Adhere to company policies and procedures,
• Be available to work evenings and weekends.
