Description
• Job Title: Resident Medical Officer
• Salary Is Negotiable, Based on Interview.
• For BAMS/BHMS/BUMS Salary as Mentioned, and For MBBS Based on Experience and Interview.
• To effectively interface with patients & attendants and to co-ordinate on all matters relating to provision of Health service.
• To provide need-based assistance in selection of type & nature of medical consumables and equipment to be procured.
• To practice evidence-based medicine with awareness regarding patients, proper evaluation and deciding adequate line of treatment as per the direction of concerned consultant.
• To Document patient File/ Prescriptions/requisitions (legible/ complete).
• To assist Consultants as per hospital protocols in carrying out procedures.
• To generate reports on test / procedures performed (Operation notes and discharge summary).
• To timely coordinate with other specialties.
• To be well groomed, punctual & adhere to company policies and practices.
• To have complete Awareness about Disaster Management Programme (DMP) of the hospital.
• To comply with the service quality Process, environmental & occupational issues & policies of the respective area.
• To comply with patient safety policy.
• To ensure safe utilization of equipment's and proper waste disposal system.
• Ensure punctuality and responsibility while discharging duties.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
