Job Description

As a Desktop Support Technician, your role involves visiting client locations to provide desktop and IT support. You will diagnose and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues, ensuring timely resolution and maintaining service reports. Additionally, you will be responsible for installing, configuring, and maintaining desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals. Coordination with internal teams for issue escalation and maintaining professional communication with clients are also key aspects of your role.

Key Responsibilities:
- Visit client locations to provide desktop and IT support
- Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues
- Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals
- Provide support for operating systems, applications, and basic networking
- Ensure timely resolution of client issues and maintain service reports
- Coordinate with internal teams for issue escalation when required
- Maintain professional communication with clients

Qualifications Required:
- 2-3 years of experience in desktop support or a similar role
- Strong knowledge of Windows OS, MS Office, and basic networking
- Experience handling hardware and software troubleshooting
- Willingness to travel to client locations
- Must own a two-wheeler with a valid driving license
