Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Pune City for an Online Sales Executive. The Online Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and engaging prospective clients, managing customer inquiries, delivering product presentations, and converting leads into successful sales. The role involves handling online marketing campaigns, building customer relationships, and providing after-sales support. The ideal candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve sales targets and contribute to customer satisfaction initiatives.
Qualifications
Strong skills in Sales and Online Marketing to identify, engage, and convert leads effectively
Proficiency in Customer Service and Customer Support to ensure high levels of client satisfaction
Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact with clients and team members professionally
Proven ability to meet sales targets and work effectively in a goal-driven environment
Familiarity with CRM tools and online sales platforms is an advantage
