1. To attend to customer queries via multiple digital platforms and try to convert leads

into customers.

2. Provide a superior level of after sales service in relation to product issues,

returns/exchanges/alterations or any other concerns raised by customers.

3. Maintain relationships with VIP customers to maximise repeat customer rate.

4. To manage escalations in a calm and timely manner and come out with innovative

solutions to convert escalated cases into customers again.

5. Strong understanding of target audience and their expectations while shopping with

a fashion brand.

6. In-depth understanding of the fashion and retail industry.

7. Make styling suggestions based on the outfits selected by customers and go out of

your way to ensure that they are happy with their final looks.

8. Coordinate with courier partners, international courier companies, courier

aggregators, packaging vendors, store teams, and runners on daily operations.

+. Pass on customer feedback to the management in a systematic and regular manner.
