WE’RE HIRING – Female Store & Online Operations Executive
We are looking for a smart, active & responsible female staff member for our shoe store to manage online orders and assist with daily store operations.
Job Responsibilities:
• Handle customer calls & online inquiries
• Take and manage online orders
• Reply to customer messages & queries
• Upload products/content on store pages & social media
• Coordinate with staff and provide basic in-store support
• Maintain smooth day-to-day online operations
Requirements:
• Good communication skills
• Basic knowledge of Instagram/WhatsApp & online handling
• Friendly behavior with customers
• Responsible & active personality
• Prior experience is a plus (not mandatory)
• It is a Full Time Retail / Counter Sales job for candidates with 1 - 2 years of experience.
