Akshharam is looking for enthusiastic and dedicated Online Malayalam Tutors. We are in search of native Malayalam speakers with excellent proficiency in speaking and writing, possessing clear and accurate pronunciation skills. As an Online Malayalam Tutor, your main responsibility will be to conduct interactive and engaging classes tailored to the specific needs of children. Good communication skills in English and a genuine passion for teaching are crucial for this role. Candidates with prior experience in online teaching and Montessori training are preferred.
Responsibilities:
• Conduct online Malayalam classes following a structured curriculum.
• Engage effectively with children and maintain a dynamic learning environment.
• Customize classes to address individual learning requirements.
• Adhere to the specified class schedule with dedication.
• Develop audio-visual learning materials suitable for children.
• Utilize online meeting platforms such as Skype, Zoom, etc., for teaching sessions.
• Prepare worksheets to facilitate Malayalam alphabet learning.
Requirements:
• Fluency in Malayalam (Speaking and Writing) - Native speakers only.
• Proficiency in English communication.
• Montessori trained teachers or minimum 3 years of teaching experience.
• Access to a laptop/desktop with an inbuilt camera/webcam and reliable internet connectivity.
• Familiarity with MS Office and online meeting tools.
• Commitment to work exclusively for Akshharam (not freelancing or concurrent employment elsewhere).
