BharatPe is seeking a dynamic and driven Online Live Chat Specialist to join our team in Delhi. As an Associate Level role, the ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in online customer service or a related field. The Online Live Chat Specialist will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through live chat support on our website, assisting customers with inquiries, troubleshooting technical issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide support through live chat on our website
- Assist customers with product information, orders, returns, and other inquiries
- Resolve customer complaints and escalations in a timely and professional manner
- Collaborate with internal teams to address customer concerns and improve the customer experience
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving
- Monitor chat volumes and ensure all inquiries are addressed promptly
- Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
Requirements:
- 4+ years of experience in online customer service or a related field
- Driven and reliable personality traits
- Strong people management and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in using live chat software and other customer service tools
- Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
