In this position, you will be the first person customers connect with when they need help over live chat. Your focus will be on giving prompt, helpful responses, keeping customers satisfied, and handling questions or concerns efficiently.
Key responsibilities
• Handle customer questions and requests through chat-based support channels.
• Share correct details about products and services.
• Address complaints and solve customer problems in a courteous and professional way.
• Record conversations and customer feedback to support ongoing service improvements.
• Work closely with colleagues to improve the overall support experience.
Ideal profile
The right candidate will bring both communication strengths and practical technical ability to interact well with customers in a digital support environment.
• A high school diploma or equivalent is expected; additional education is an advantage.
• Previous experience in customer service or support is preferred.
• Comfort using chat support tools and related software.
• Strong written communication skills.
• Good analytical and problem-solving capability.
• Ability to work effectively on your own as well as within a team.
