CINCINNUS β βWhere the Sea Meets Scienceβ is looking for an energetic, creative, and detail-oriented Online Brand Manager to lead our digital brand presence across D2C and leading beauty marketplaces.

CINCINNUS is a premium Indian haircare and personal care brand that combines marine-botanical ingredients with science-backed innovation to create effective, clean, and modern beauty solutions.
Manufactured in GMP-certified, ISO 22716-compliant facilities and backed by strong investment partners, CINCINNUS is scaling across D2C, leading beauty marketplaces, and international export channels.
Based at our Commercial HQ in Ahmedabad, you will report directly to the Chief Business Growth Officer (CBGO) and play a key role in shaping CINCINNUSβs digital brand identity, merchandising, marketplace presence, and influencer ecosystem.
π― KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. D2C Brand Custodianship
β’ Lead visual merchandising across the D2C platform.
β’ Manage and optimize Product Detail Pages (PDPs).
β’ Develop campaign landing pages and digital brand experiences.
β’ Ensure a consistent and premium consumer experience across all digital touchpoints.
2. Marketplace Brand Presence
β’ Manage and optimize Amazon Brand Stores.
β’ Develop and coordinate Premium A+ Content.
β’ Manage Nykaa brand assets and product presentation.
β’ Maintain strong and consistent brand identity across marketplaces.
β’ Drive digital shelf excellence through compelling content and merchandising.
3. Creative & Content Production
β’ Develop clear creative briefs for agencies, designers, photographers, and production teams.
β’ Coordinate pack shots, product photography, unboxing content, demo videos, and other digital assets.
β’ Ensure all creative output aligns with CINCINNUSβs premium brand identity.
4. Influencer & Creator Ecosystem
β’ Lead beauty influencer and creator outreach.
β’ Manage product seeding and PR gifting initiatives.
β’ Coordinate creator collaborations and content deliverables.
β’ Build and maintain a strong network of relevant beauty and lifestyle creators.
5. Product Launch & Campaign Execution
β’ Coordinate digital asset readiness for new product launches.
β’ Ensure D2C and marketplace assets are launch-ready.
β’ Support seasonal campaigns, product campaigns, and brand initiatives.
β’ Coordinate across internal teams and external partners to ensure timely execution.
π WHAT WEβRE LOOKING FOR
β’ Around 5 years of experience in Online Brand Management, E-commerce Brand Marketing, Digital Creative Operations, or a related role.
β’ Experience in Personal Care, Beauty, Haircare, FMCG, or Consumer Brands preferred.
β’ Hands-on experience with Amazon Brand Store, A+ Content, and Nykaa brand assets.
β’ Strong aesthetic sensibility and understanding of premium brand presentation.
β’ Excellent creative briefing and project coordination skills.
β’ Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
β’ High attention to detail and ownership mindset.
β’ Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
β’ Based in or willing to relocate to Ahmedabad, Gujarat.
