Minimum Qualification:
12thPass, but preference would be given to graduates.
Must be able to speak/write English.
Must be able to converse in English, Hindi & Marathi
Must have some basic knowledge about Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, etc.)
Requirement of smart phone and bike
About the Job:
KwikPark is a startup that is trying to solve the parking problem within Mumbai. We’ve created an app wherein the user can book parking in advance and solve all the hassles that come with searching for parking for our users. We are currently expanding across Mumbai and need a dynamic professional to join the team help us onboard parking partners at strategic locations across the city. They need to be flexible and need to think on their feet to come up with suggestions and solutions to any issues they may face during the onboarding process and manage the account thereafter.
Responsibilities:
Will need to find parking lots, commercial complexes and residential societies willing to allow us to use their parking slots.
Should set up meetings with relevant building managers/society secretaries/parking lot owners for further discussions.
Will need to help with daily administrative work including bank related work, delivery of documents to partners, etc.
Will need to take part of promotions done at our parking partners including some weekends (comp off will be given)
Updating daily tasks in excel or on an app on their phone. Maintenance of a database with all partner data they’ve worked with regularly.
Needs to understand the SOPs and would need to train the parking attendants/security guards of the partners to follow them once they are on board.
Will also need to assist with putting up the markers and other marketing material at the partner premises.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
