1) Job Purpose: Write the purpose for which the job exists The SOLAR Power Plant Manager is responsible for maximizing revenue generation and minimizing operational losses and costs by overseeing efficient Operation & Maintenance and Asset Management of the SOLAR power plant. This role ensures regulatory compliance and smooth coordination with external stakeholders, resolves critical site-specific issues, and maintains asset integrity and longevity. Acting as the on-ground leader, the manager bridges corporate objectives with field operations while proactively mitigating risks to optimize plant performance and sustainability.

Job Context: As the Asset Manager for SOLAR Site (ISTS), this role leads efficient and profitable plant operations with a focus on maximizing energy generation (PLF) and minimizing losses (LPF). Success requires strong technical knowledge, interpersonal skills, and effective stakeholder management, including coordination with entities like State EB. The manager balances resource optimization, regulatory compliance, and risk mitigation to ensure asset longevity.
Addressing site-specific issues such as Right of Way (ROW) is also critical. This role is essential for aligning field operations with strategic business goals.
