Office/Warehouse Assistant

We are currently seeking a reliable and dependable individual to join our team as a Part-Time Office & Warehouse Support Worker. This position is ideal for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and enjoys a mix of administrative and light warehouse responsibilities.

Responsibilities: Office Duties:

Answer phones and respond to emails professionally
File documents and maintain accurate records
Perform data entry using Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
Print, photocopy, and scan documents
Prepare invoices or basic reports (as required)
Assist with customer service and order tracking
Comfortable calling customers for orders and payment
Warehouse Support:

Pick and pack small orders with accuracy
Label and prepare shipments for delivery
Help maintain a clean and organized warehouse space
Requirements:

Previous experience in an office environment is required
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Strong communication and organizational skills
Ability to lift light packages as part of warehouse duties
Must be able to pass a criminal reference check
Must be dependable, punctual, and able to work independently
Must have excellent customer service skills a asset for this position
