To develop and manage an offshore service delivery office (Systems and process development)
Team recruitment, retention and management to ensure the quality of the offices work
To contribute to company's continuous improvement as a member and a leader of its leadership team
To manage and develop Company employees (Capability development)
Experience in an accounting or bookkeeping services firm providing services to vast range of clients.
Basic understanding of an offshore / extended office of an international company.
Exposure to International working / BPO / KPO would be preferred.
