Monday – Friday
$55,000 - $60,000
We are seeking a motivated and organised Junior Administrator to join our dynamic team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to grow their skills in a supportive and fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
General administrative tasks, including data entry, handling emails, and answering phone calls.
Assisting with customer inquiries and providing excellent service.
Maintaining and updating records, databases, and filing systems.
Supporting the team with various office tasks and projects.
Occasional picking and packing of orders to support the warehouse team during busy periods.
What We’re Looking For:
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
A can-do attitude with a willingness to assist across different areas of the business.
Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to work well in a team environment.
Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) is an advantage, but training will be provided.
