Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Office Executive, located in Ahmedabad. The Office Executive will handle administrative tasks, manage office operations, provide customer service support, and coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders. Responsibilities include data management, maintaining records, supporting office-related logistics, and overseeing smooth day-to-day operations of the office.
Qualifications
Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively engage with clients, vendors, and team members.
Proficiency in Administrative Assistance and Office Administration to manage day-to-day office activities and ensure seamless operations.
Knowledge of MS Office, Accounting practices and skills to assist with financial documentation, invoicing, and report preparation.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to manage time, resources, and priorities efficiently.
Proficiency in using office software tools such as Microsoft Office Suite, and familiarity with office equipment.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field is a plus.
