Hiring: Customer Support Specialist Thai Language | Jaipur | 1011 LPA
Location: Jaipur
Experience: 6 Months 1 Year (Customer Support/BPO)
Work Mode: Work From Office / Work From Home (as per business requirement)
Working Days: 5.5 Days a Week
We are looking for Thai-speaking Customer Support Specialists who are passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and providing support to international customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer queries via Voice, Email, and Chat .
- Resolve customer issues while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Document customer interactions accurately in the CRM system.
- Meet performance metrics such as AHT, FCR, and CSAT .
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate internal teams when required.
Required Skills:
- C1 Level proficiency in Thai (written and spoken) is mandatory.
- Valuable communication skills in English .
- 6 months to 1 year of experience in International Customer Support/BPO .
- Basic knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office .
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts and a 5.5-day workweek.
