Office Coordinator

We are seeking a dynamic and people-oriented Space Coordinator to join our vibrant team at WOTSO Dickson.

Your Role:
As our new Space Coordinator, you'll play a key role in maintaining the space's appearance, covering reception, setting up events, supporting members, and helping to shape a positive and welcoming culture.

Key Responsibilities:
Set up and pack down of meeting and events
Assist in setting up the space, including keeping the coffee flowing
Organise mail and parcels
Clean and tidy all common areas
Restock bread, coffee, confectionary, fruit bowls, drinks fridges, and other kitchen items
Provide administrative support
Onboard new members and book meeting rooms
Reception duties
Welcome all visitors
Take phone calls and direct to relevant staff member
Handle member requests with professionalism
Take visitors to meeting rooms or communal waiting area
Occasional errand running
