Job Description:
We are looking for a reliable and organized Office Clerk to assist with High Court and Supreme Court filing work and other day-to-day official office responsibilities.
The ideal candidate should be comfortable handling documents, visiting court/official offices when required, maintaining records, and completing filing-related tasks accurately and on time.
Key Responsibilities:
Handling High Court and Supreme Court filing and submission work
Preparing, arranging, photocopying, scanning, and organizing legal documents
Submitting documents and following up on filing-related matters
Maintaining physical and digital office records
Coordinating with advocates, court staff, clerks, and other officials when required
Collecting and delivering documents to courts and other offices
Handling basic computer and office work, including MS Word, email, printing, scanning, and photocopying
Maintaining files and keeping track of important documents and deadlines
Assisting with other administrative and official office work as assigned
Requirements:
Good communication and organizational skills
Basic computer knowledge
Ability to read and understand documents carefully
Willingness to travel to the High Court, Supreme Court, and other government/official offices as required
Responsible, punctual, and trustworthy
Ability to handle confidential documents professionally
Prior experience with court filing work will be an advantage, but freshers with the right attitude may also apply
