Role Overview
This is a high-touch hospitality role crafted for professionals with a background in luxury hotels or private guest services. You will be responsible for the day-to-day hospitality experience for guests and leadership ensuring every welcome, refreshment, and room setup is seamless, elegant, and attentive. During office celebrations and events, you will also own the setup, food arrangements, and service supervision to ensure a smooth, well-run experience from start to finish.
Location: Lower Parel, Mumbai (Full-Time, Onsite)
Contract Duration: 1 Year Renewable based on performance
Key Responsibilities
Hospitality & Guest Experience
Greet and attend to high-profile guests, investors, and founders with polish and warmth
Prepare and serve beverages and refreshments during meetings and boardroom sessions
Set up meeting rooms in advance with care for seating, lighting, water, and cleanliness
Track guest preferences and dietary needs, ensuring discreet and thoughtful service
Food & Beverage Service
Oversee daily pantry operations and refreshment service for staff and management
Coordinate seamless food arrangements and service during office celebrations, events, and team lunches
Ensure professional-level presentation and cleanliness of all F&B setups
Handle beverage preparation (tea, coffee, water, juices) with elegance and hygiene
Pantry & Housekeeping Supervision
Maintain pantry cleanliness, inventory, and restocking of all items—including cutlery, crockery, trays, and glassware
Supervise housekeeping team to ensure meeting rooms, lounges, and hospitality zones are always clean and guest-ready
Place timely orders for supplies and raise alerts on breakages or inventory gaps
Ensure all service zones meet high standards of hygiene and upkeep
Skills & Experience
2–4 years of experience in luxury hospitality, private concierge roles, or guest services
Fluent in English, with confident and respectful communication skills
Naturally warm, professional, and poised - presentable at all times
Attentive, proactive, and discreet - able to serve senior leaders and VIP guests without direction
Experienced with hygiene protocols, food service etiquette, and luxury environment standards
Comfortable managing service during high-traffic events or multi-room setups
Compensation:
₹4,00,000 per annum
₹50,000 annual retention bonus (paid at year-end, not performance-linked)
