Job Description
Job Responsibilities
Serve tea, coffee, and refreshments to staff and visitors.
Keep the office clean and organized, including workstations, meeting rooms, and pantry.
Handle incoming and outgoing mail, documents, and courier services.
Photocopy, scan, print, and file documents as required.
Deliver files and messages between departments.
Purchase office supplies and maintain stock of stationery and pantry items.
Assist with setting up meeting rooms and arranging refreshments for meetings.
Run office errands, such as bank deposits, utility bill payments, or document submissions.
Monitor and report maintenance issues or equipment malfunctions.
Support administrative staff with routine office tasks.
Welcome and guide visitors when needed.
Ensure office equipment and common areas are neat and functional.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
