Housekeeping & Office Maintenance

Maintain cleanliness of office workstations, meeting rooms, reception area, pantry, washrooms, and common areas.
Ensure office furniture, equipment, and fixtures are clean and properly arranged.
Dispose of waste and maintain cleanliness as per company standards.
Refill pantry supplies, drinking water, tissues, and other consumables.
Pantry Management

Prepare and serve tea, coffee, water, and refreshments to employees and visitors.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the pantry.
Monitor pantry stock and inform the Admin team when replenishment is required.
Office Support

Assist in photocopying, scanning, printing, filing, and document distribution.
Deliver documents, parcels, and office correspondence within or outside the office as required.
Support meeting room arrangements, including seating, stationery, projector setup, and refreshments.
Assist with office events, training programmes, and employee engagement activities.
Administrative Assistance

Assist the Admin department with day-to-day operational activities.
Receive and distribute incoming courier, mail, and packages.
Coordinate with vendors for office supplies under the guidance of the Admin team.
Support inventory management of office stationery and consumables.
Safety & Compliance

Ensure cleanliness and safety standards are maintained at all times.
Report maintenance issues such as electrical, plumbing, or housekeeping concerns to the Admin department.
Follow company policies, health and safety guidelines, and security procedures.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 per month
