Job Description
Job Summary:
We are looking for a responsible and hardworking Office Boy to support daily office operations and maintain cleanliness and discipline within the premises. The candidate should be punctual, polite, and able to handle basic office assistance tasks efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
Serve tea, coffee, and water to staff and visitors.
Maintain cleanliness of office premises, cabins, pantry, and meeting rooms.
Handle office cleaning and dusting activities regularly.
Assist in photocopying, scanning, and filing documents.
Deliver documents and parcels within or outside the office when required.
Support staff with day-to-day office assistance tasks.
Ensure pantry supplies are properly maintained.
Help in arranging meeting rooms and office setup.
Perform other administrative support duties as assigned.
Requirements:
Minimum qualification: 10th/12th pass.
Prior experience in office support or housekeeping preferred.
Basic understanding of office discipline and hygiene.
Honest, punctual, and well-mannered.
Ability to multitask and follow instructions properly.
Working Conditions:
Full-time role
Rotational duties as per office requirements
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
