Preparing and regularly updating accounting, bookkeeping, Coordinating with CA
Regular update of accounting, stocks in account software, spreadsheets
Preparing presentation and promotional documentations
Receive and process incoming material and dispatch activity
Researching and conducting data to prepare documents for review and presentation by boards of directors, committees, and executives
Keeping and maintaining corporate records, documents, reports and files.
Recording minutes of meetings and followup the actions according to it
Provide general administrative support
Executing Sales order
Purchase coordination PO generation, Ledger handling, deliveries, follow up
Preparing and updating regular reports
