Prepare marketing materials, including flyers, brochures, and online listings.
Update the company website and social media platforms with new listings and content.
Coordinate with vendors for signage, photography, and other marketing tools.
Transaction Coordination:
Assist in preparing, reviewing, and processing real estate documents such as purchase agreements, leases, and closing statements.
Ensure all required documentation is complete and filed accurately.
Monitor deadlines and coordinate follow-ups for pending transactions.
Office Operations:
Manage office supplies and maintain inventory.
Coordinate office maintenance and liaise with vendors or service providers.
Assist with onboarding new agents or staff members.
Technology and Tools:
Utilize real estate software and tools for data management and marketing (e.g., MLS, CRM platforms).
