Office Assistant Office Boy

Job Description :-

1) Cleaning Director cabin, General Manager cabin, Main office, Store cabin, Technologies office & Pantry on daily basis

2) Serve Tea and Coffee to Staff and office Visitor.

3) Responsible for disposal of trash, waste, and other disposable material

4) Monitoring the use of equipment and supplies within the office like Stationeries, Housekeeping materials & Pantry materials, etc.

5) Dealing with queries or requests from the visitors and employees.

6) Coordinating the maintenance and repair of office equipment.

7) Damp dust furniture, light fixtures, window and bathrooms daily,

8) Cleaning of Glasses of all office cabin every week

+) Also be able to move outside office for any kind of task directed to him.

10) Job requires activeness, attentiveness and a responsible attitude.

11) Handling electronic files and papers

12) Assists in menial office tasks required by the office staff

13) Maintaining register of Couriers, Visitor & Medicine.

14) Keeping records of Milk & Biscuits.

15) Washing water bottles of Staffs & washing water dispenser of Store dept. (2 times in week).

16) Every Thursday proper cleaning office of General Manager.

17) Cleaning of Desk of Staff properly.

18) Monitoring on cleaning of Staff & Workers washrooms.

1+) Make every alternate entry to Indian corporation office for water.

20) Bringing Cake & Snacks at the time of anyone's birthday.
