Office Assistant (Dental)

This is an entry lever full-time general help/floater/assistant needed at our busy office. Office hours are Monday to Friday from +:00 am to 8:00 pm and alternating Saturday. Our ideal candidate must be flexible and available to work anytime during office business hours; have excellent communication skills; well organized; has ability to multi task and enjoy working within a team environment; assume responsibility and work independently.

Responsibilities include:

assist dentists, dental hygienists, dental auxiliaries and other team member as needed
clean, disinfect and set up rooms
clean and sterilize tools
general housekeeping
administrative duty as assigned
collect payment and process insurance claims
scheduling and remind patient appointments
contact client to set up appointment
Job Types: Permanent, Apprenticeship

Pay: From $20.00 per hour

Schedule:

Monday to Friday
Weekends as needed
