Job Title: Administration Officer

We are seeking an experienced Administration Officer to join our team on a part-time basis with an immediate start. The role is available until at least July 2025, with the potential to become permanent for the right candidate.

About the Role
As the Administration Officer, your core responsibility will be to support the Branch Manager and assist with all administration functions within the office.

Key Responsibilities:
Reception duties including meeting and greeting customers as the first point of contact
Assist with invoices and chasing up outstanding payments
Input and maintain customer details and training records
General office duties e.g., incoming and outgoing mail, photocopying, and ordering office supplies
Manage OHS e.g., manage incident reports and critical risk register
Any other ad hoc administration duties as required
About You
To succeed in this role, you'll have demonstrated experience in Administration or a similar role, excellent communication skills (both written and verbal), and a proven track record working in a varied, busy environment where you have developed the ability to work well under pressure.

Highly proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and Word
Proactive nature, with a high level of initiative and attention to detail
Ability to adapt to change and prioritize competing demands
Resilient nature
Friendly, can-do attitude where you are happy to complete any task you need to get the job done
Ability to work independently
