About the role....
Our Wollongong office requires a full-time Office Administrator to work with our Client Service & Project Management teams. Your tasks will include the collating and processing of Accounts, Financial Assistance, liaising with Clients and Suppliers, answering and directing phone calls and liaising with the Stowe staff.
This opportunity would suit an organised and enthusiastic individual with a high level of competency in MS Office, in particular Word and Excel. More specifically, your duties will include:
Payroll processes
Performing accounts and invoicing functions
Liaising with clients & suppliers
General administrative support and office duties
Quality and Safety documentation

Skills and experience
Essential:
Exceptional organisation and communication skills
Previous experience in a payroll or admin support role preferred
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to work both as part of a team and independently
Intermediate to advanced skills in Excel and Word
Reliable and punctual attendance
Pronto & SimPro experience would be advantageous
