We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Office Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office by managing administrative tasks and supporting various departments. This position requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment. EXPERIENCE IN TRANSPORTATION INDUSTRY IS A MUST .

Duties

Perform booking tasks including accounts payable/receivable, bank reconciliation and financial reporting.

Utilize Excel and QuickBooks for data entry, analysis, and financial management.

Respond and manage email correspondence professionally and promptly.

Assist the dispatch team with scheduling, tracking, and maintaining records.

Maintain organized records and files, both physical and digital.

Provide administrative support to ensure smooth office operations.

Maintain accurate filing systems and ensure proper documentation of office records.

Skills

Proven experience in bookkeeping and office administration.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and QuickBooks.

Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

Excellent written and verbal communication abilities

Familiarity with dispatch operations in the transportation Industry
