Job Description
Job Summary: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team at a TaRa JuVeL. The Office Administrator will be responsible for managing administrative tasks, maintaining office operations, and providing support to various departments within the organization. The ideal candidate is proactive, resourceful, and possesses excellent communication and organizational skills.
Responsibilities:
Perform general administrative duties, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and managing correspondence.
Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for executives and employees.
Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other business documents.
Maintain office supplies and equipment, ensuring their availability and functionality.
Manage and organize company records, files, and documents.
Assist in the onboarding process for new employees, including orientation and paperwork.
Coordinate and support company events, meetings, and conferences.
Manage office expenses and maintain budgetary records.
Collaborate with various departments to ensure smooth office operations.
Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
Provide administrative support to the HR department, including employee attendance tracking, leave management, and maintaining employee records.
Support other departments as needed, including accounting, sales, and production.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in office administration or related field is a plus.
Proven experience as an office administrator, administrative assistant, or similar role.
Proficient in using office software (e.g., MS Office Suite) and office equipment (e.g., printers, scanners).
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Professional and friendly demeanor.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
Familiarity with basic accounting and bookkeeping principles is a plus.
Experience in the jewellery manufacturing industry is preferred but not required.
