Great Customer service
Organisational skills
Great time management.
Positive attitude within the office and towards clients, building industry knowledge is an advantage, Xero Accounting skills or similar, Must be able to multi task, must be reliable and dedicated to the position, Office all rounder.
Tasks & responsibilities
Answering phones
Attending to clients in the showroom
Calling clients regarding their upcoming renovation
Upkeep of the office (ordering supplies ect)
Providing administration support to the team, Data entry, Scheduling, Production planning.
