Our client is looking for an Office 365 Specialist who has extensive experience in migrating organizations to Office 365, with a deep understanding of migration tools such as BitTitan and CodeTwo. This role will involve working closely with the teams to plan, execute, and troubleshoot migration projects efficiently.

-3 days in office, 2 days work from home

Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with the stakeholders to assess their current infrastructure, identify migration requirements, and develop comprehensive migration plans tailored to their specific needs.
Lead and execute Office 365 migration projects, including mailbox migrations, document migrations, and configuration migrations, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
Utilize advanced knowledge of Office 365, Exchange Server, SharePoint, OneDrive, and related technologies to troubleshoot migration issues and optimize migration processes.
Leverage expertise in migration tools such as BitTitan, CodeTwo or other to automate migration tasks, streamline processes, and ensure data integrity throughout the migration process.
Maintain detailed documentation of migration plans, procedures, and configurations.
Provide regular status updates and reports to the internal stakeholders.
Provide guidance and support to the internal teams during and after the migration process. Conduct training sessions to empower users with the knowledge and skills needed to leverage Office 365 effectively.
Stay abreast of the latest Office 365 updates, best practices, and industry trends. Continuously assess and improve migration methodologies and tools to enhance efficiency and deliver exceptional results.

Key Skills Required

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
Proven experience in planning and executing Office 365 migrations for organizations of varying sizes and complexities.
In-depth knowledge of Office 365 services, including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive for Business, and Teams.
Proficiency in migration tools such as BitTitan MigrationWiz and CodeTwo Office 365 Migration.
Strong understanding of networking concepts, Active Directory, DNS, and related technologies.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact internal stakeholders, and team members.
Exceptional problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Relevant certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate or Microsoft Certified: Messaging Administrator Associate are a plus.
