OT Works! is hiring an Occupational Therapist to join our OT-led private practice in Victoria, BC. This is a contract role with a consistent caseload, excellent pay, and unmatched clinical support.

The Role
Community-based OT services (homes, workplaces, community)
Clients with physical, brain injury, and mental health conditions
Mix of insurers and programs (ICBC, WorkSafeBC, insurers, government)
Independent work—with consistent team support
Report writing with clear guidance, templates and samples
Make an impact that matters and create meaningful change.
Share your unique perspectives and collaborate with your OT colleagues
You Bring
OT degree and eligibility for registration in BC
Valid driver’s license and vehicle
Strong clinical reasoning, communication, and a life-learner mindset
