Our Petone branch is seeking an experienced Booking Administrator to coordinate administration tasks for our Occupational Health Services. This is a part-time permanent role (32 hours per week).
Main responsibilities:
Coordinating nurse schedules across NZ to optimise assessments and resource allocation
Scheduling a range of occupational health services with appropriate clinicians
Triaging non-occupational health requests to the relevant internal departments
Acting as a key point of contact for clients, employers, clinicians, and internal teams
Coordinating travel logistics for nurses including accommodation and transport
Managing booking requests and communications via phone and email
Supporting customer-specific programmes, including flu vaccination campaigns
Assisting with wider bookings projects and supporting team members as required

Experience working with Gensolve is desirable
Strong understanding of occupational health and scheduling coordination
