We're on the hunt for a passionate, dedicated, Occupational or Physiotherapist to join our team in Hamilton!
About the role
Reporting to your Team Leader, you’ll be part of a vibrant team culture that supports and empowers each other every day.
Vocational Rehabilitation (SAW & BTW)
The majority of your caseload would involve delivery of SAW contract, therefore experience in the service is preferred.
Confident delivering workplace assessments, graduated return-to-work plans and task analysis
Competent performing functional, injury-related assessment in the work place
Knowledge of vocational services pathways
Community Rehabilitation Services
Provide rehabilitation and support to individuals within their community
Work within a multi-disciplinary team to help clients achieve their rehab goals
Knowledge of community services pathways
Experience writing high-quality reports and justifying clinical reasoning
Pain Management Services (PMS)
Experience in PMS would be beneficial, but not crucial to this role
3 years experience working in inter-disciplinary teams to support people living with persistent pain
Skilled in behaviour change, pacing strategies, and education in self-management
Understanding of biopsychosocial approaches to pain management
Physiotherapy Services
Experience in musculoskeletal, neurological and vestibular rehabilitation
Experience in delivering gym-based, home-based, and functional rehabilitation programs
Skilled in assessing movement patterns and progressing strength and mobility
