Job Description

Qualification: BSC or MSC Nursing preferred with minimum 3+ year of experience in Training.
Job Description:
• To conduct new hire training digitally for nursing attendants/nurses/mother-baby care giver in the regional language mandatory English and Hindi.
• To conduct a refresher training program digitally for bottom performers & re-training for not certified and re joiners.
• To conduct on the job training remotely for on-bench staffs, active cases and close escalations for better outcomes.
• To design, develop or update the available medical training contents in order to meet business objectives for the city.
• To have sound knowledge of customer service skills training to the clinician for better LOS and CSAT
• Fair knowledge on excel and PowerPoint skills.
• Good communication skills, proactive, adaptable to changes, flexible and open to learning creative tools and techniques.
