• Participate in routine healthcare assessments, updating patient files, and reporting any abnormalities to the medical team.
• Support and mentor junior nursing staff, ensuring proper training and guidance in daily tasks.
Requirements
• B.Sc. Nursing / GNM (General Nursing and Midwifery) from a recognized institution.
• 1-3 years of nursing experience, preferably at healthcare facilities like Sri Balaji Action Medical Institute.
• Strong knowledge of nursing procedures, patient care techniques, and hospital protocols.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly explain care instructions to patients and their families.
• Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple patient cases in a fast-paced environment.
