Role Description The Early Childhood Educator will design and facilitate engaging learning sessions for young children, aligning activities with Tickle Right’s right-brain development approach. Day-to-day responsibilities include planning age-appropriate lessons, leading interactive games and exercises, monitoring each child’s progress, and maintaining a safe, inclusive, and supportive classroom environment. This is a part-time, on-site role based in New Delhi, requiring consistent in-person interaction with children, caregivers, and the local team.
Candidates should possess strong Interpersonal Skills and demonstrated experience Working With Children, including the ability to build trust and communicate effectively with young learners and families.
Relevant qualifications such as a diploma or degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, Psychology, or a related field are beneficial.
Prior experience in preschool, early learning centers, or child-focused educational programs is preferred.
Ability to maintain a safe, inclusive, and non-discriminatory learning environment and adapt teaching methods to diverse learning needs is essential.
