Job Description
• Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and performing medical procedures.
• Assess patient health conditions, develop care plans, and implement interventions based on patient needs.
• Assist with daily living activities for patients who require support.
• Educate patients and their families about health conditions, treatment plans, and self-care techniques.
• Document patient care and observations accurately and timely in medical records.
• Collaborate with physicians, other healthcare professionals, and support staff to coordinate patient care.
• Respond to medical emergencies promptly and efficiently, providing critical care as needed.
• Manage and prioritize patient care during high-pressure situations.
• Advocate for patients’ rights and ensure their needs and preferences are addressed.
• Ensure a compassionate and respectful approach to patient care.
