Surgical Team Lead Needed
We are seeking a skilled and experienced veterinary nurse to fill a key leadership position as Surgical Team Lead. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our surgery team.
Responsibilities
Develop and implement training plans for junior nurses
Monitor and maintain high standards of patient care and customer service
Coordinate staff allocation to ensure clinic goals are met
Identify and resolve operational issues
Requirements
A Certificate IV in Veterinary Nursing or equivalent
A minimum of 3 years' experience as a veterinary nurse
Effective communication and interpersonal skills
Strong problem-solving and organisational skills
